Claire Collins
Claire came to us in Spring 2024 with a dream to be a Missionary pilot. She quickly became a skilled aviator, and someone that everyone loves. With hard work, passion and empathy as core values, Claire is the perfect candidate to represent FCF and this program. She touches the lives of those around her, and we grew to love her mission to spread God’s word. Claire achieved her PPL in September of 2024, and is currently working on her instrument rating. Claire just graduated High School and recently got back from a mission trip to Uganda. She works hard every day to be better at all aspects of life, and we are so proud to be a part of this journey. Claire is a joy to fly with, and a phenomenal aviator. It’s like a dance in the plane. She plans to go on and get her A&P as well as commercial, and later head to South America to fly missions. Many bright & promising things lie ahead in her future.
“Hi! I'm Claire Collins, my goal with aviation is to be a full-time missionary pilot and mechanic in South America. Aviation is an important part in bringing people medical relief, supplies, and the Gospel, especially in remote areas, and it's a dream of mine to join the front lines of that mission. When I started flying with Fresh Coast Flight in April of 2024, I didn't realize how much my life would be changed, not only did I find a home in the sky, but I also found a supporting community and lifelong friends. Anytime I'm not out flying, training, or with my family you'll probably find me hiking or running. I love playing sports with my friends and often get together for volleyball and soccer.”

Carter Williams
Carter, recent MSHS grad, is a young man you will not regret getting to know. He puts others first, is humble, and an enthusiastic learner. After attending 2 sessions of ground school, showing up at every study group, and a clear passion for aviation, we knew Carter held lots of promise for his future. Carter is currently working on his PPL and planning to attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida in the fall. Majoring in aeronautical science, he has always wanted to fly since he was little, as he was inspired by the Blue Angels at many airshows. So far, he has shown he has a rare skill, and is an exceptional student. With lots of potential, we look forward to watching him succeed. He plans to go on to become a commercial pilot and spread the aviation bug to many people. We are so proud to have Carter as a scholar.
“Hello, my name is Carter Williams. As I continue my aviation career, my goal is to become a professional pilot, helping people travel throughout the country and around the world in a quick and safe manner. With billions of people flying during their lifetimes, I aim to ensure that their experiences are well cared for, while also promoting more flights and destinations, especially to smaller airports. I never thought I would be able to become a pilot until I discovered Fresh Coast Flight in May of 2024. It was then that I realized I could chase my dream of becoming a pilot. Through the Fresh Coast community, I have made many friends who support my dream, alongside knowledgeable instructors who are always there to help. This community fosters lifelong friendships. When I'm not in the bright blue sky, you can find me enjoying the beautiful lakes of nature or exploring the green forests. Outside of flying, I also love hanging out with friends, going fishing, and spending time on the water.”

At FRESH COAST FLIGHT, our mission extends beyond just flight training; we aim to create meaningful change in our community. We foster an enduring respect for aviation and emphasize continuous growth, instilling an unwavering passion for this dynamic field. Our goal is to cultivate dedicated and committed students who truly value hard work and actively contribute to the community through ongoing support and collaboration. By investing in our students, we hope to inspire them to become not only skilled pilots but also engaged and responsible members of the aviation community.
Scholars will work with their mentor CFI to not only make a difference and become a better pilot- but to grow their potential and make sure they are set up for a successful future.
